What you will do 

  • Performing analyses on merchants, consumers, segments, products, competitors, conversion funnels, and A/B testing
  • Deriving insights from analyses to provide recommendations/suggestions on how to improve/maximize performance with partners
  • Develop product and funnel analysis reports to track/monitor KPIs
  • Presenting comments and insights of monthly and weekly team / domain performance
  • Closely collaborating with our product organization to understand and optimize the product through data-driven suggestions and implementation
  • Building tools for Go-to-Market teams to forecast/predict product performance based on different data inputs
  • Proactively surface hypothesis drive and data-based questions, and find creative ways for you and your teammates to answer them
  • Developing processes and trainings to improve the Product Analytics team 

You'll have:

  • 4+ years of background from a high growth organisation, consulting, investment banking, fintech/payments company where you’ve been part of developing, improving and growing customer faced products. 
  • Strong Excel/Google Suite experience is a requirement
  • Strong analytical skills set: ability to identify and isolate trends, and connect them to customer behavioral patterns, and business impacts
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate actionable data-driven insights to all audiences and influence decision makers and roadmaps
  • Self-starter and resourceful mindset with a passion to learn and succeed
