We're searching for a working student to join our Customer Experience Team team.  Would you like to work as part of a diverse team, improve your technical account management skills, and contribute to our company goals? Then we want to hear from you!

You will work on:

  • Becoming a Subject Matter Expert on NavVis hardware and software products. 
  • Identifying and escalating improvements for our products in close cooperation with our product teams
  • Manage NavVis IndoorViewer instances in the cloud, internally and externally
  • Support on Post-processing and Quality Assurance of data for mapping projects
  • Supporting Technical Account Manager with training delivery to NavVis customers
  • Maintaining NavVis internal hardware demo units
  • Helping with the onboarding process for new customers

You have:

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Fantastic communication and listening skills and a passion for talking to customers all day, every day
  • The ability to explain complex topics in easy to understand and concise language
  • Fun and confidence connecting with a variety of clients from blue-chip enterprises to SMEs
  • Ability to juggle a variety of tasks without lowering the bar on quality
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English, German or Mandarin is a plus
  • Ambition, eagerness and the will to learn and improve upon your own skills
