What you will do
This exciting role entails support on service design - predominantly Internet of things (IoT) enabled service and support features, known as HOLOPLOT Connected Services. HOLOPLOT Connected Services contain the required software licenses to operate HOLOPLOT Audio Systems and further add value through smart service solutions, enabled by the IoT and interconnectivity capabilities of HOLOPLOT’s X1 Audio Modules, as well as additional services and cloud infrastructure.
As part of this role, you will:
- Support market research and help to gather feedback from customers as well as other important stakeholders.
- Take on a coordination role in meetings which concern the design of Connected Services.
- Organize service design workshops as well as contribute to certain design elements.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve a holistic end-to-end Connected Services offering.
- Assist in the development and functional management of an integrated service and support platform, by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have the chance to help guide the development of future service process design and implementation.
- Help realize one of the most ambitious projects in the live entertainment industry.
