We're searching for a working student to join the Global Marketing team. Join us in delivering engaging content to the Chinese market, raising awareness and demand for our products and services while collaborating with a skilled group of marketers.

You will work on:

  • Proofread and edit localized content (for websites, social media, marketing emails and video scripts)
  • Verify, test and evaluate (machine) translated content to retain the technical accuracy of the source material
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to maintain consistent quality on marketing messaging in Chinese language
  • Own the localization workflow and provide reliable estimates for project scheduling and delivery
  • Support in the creation of translation glossary in Chinese language
  • Provide input regarding the localization of future NavVis products and services

You have:

  • In-progress studies in Communications or related of study 
  • Previous experience as a proficient technical and marketing copywriter in Mandarin
  • First experience of machine translation tools and the quality assurance workflow
  • Interest in developing your project management and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience with digital marketing tools like HubSpot
  • Skills for cultural considerations and nuances when overseeing the localization of content from one language to another
  • Native language skills in Mandarin, business-level fluent in English

  • Enrolled as a student in a German university
  • Motivated, independent, and exceptionally well organized
  • Willing to learn and search for creative solutions
