In the heycar group we take care of our market organizations in the UK, Spain and Germany and work on the roll out of heycar into new markets. We are backed by some of the biggest player in the automotive industry. We are looking for entrepreneurial self-starters who want to change the way people buy and use mobility services.
Who we are looking for.
- You are a student of computer science, informatics, IT or a similar field
- You are familiar with Windows, MacOS, Office 365, Confluence & JIRA and you have good knowledge of hardware, software and network technologies
- You have high quality standards for your own work and a strong service orientation
- You are characterised by excellent organisational skills, negotiation skills and self-initiative
- You enjoy teamwork and have an open personality
- You have good written and spoken English skills; German would be a plus
What you will do.
- You are the first contact person for incoming IT-Support requests
- You proactively help and support Users with the operation of their IT Equipment and applications
- You are responsible for the setup, maintenance, and support of client systems (Windows, MacOS), peripheral devices and other IT equipment (e.g., mobile devices, meeting rooms, printers)
- Support is provided personally onsite or (due to Covid) remotely using our ticket system
- You will identify IT problems and work out solutions in the area of operating systems, software, peripherals, mobile devices, WLAN, VPN and MS Office
- You will maintain the IT documentation and the inventory of IT devices
