Your Mission

As the NFON Website Manager you are the expert and will provide leadership and strategy for all things website related, with the focus on our corporate website and all its instances in across the regions.
You oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate, and manage website performance, and develop, maintain, and update website content.
You work closely with our demand generation and content team, as well as regional country leaders ensuring the website continues to deliver high volumes of qualified leads while making sure the website continues to effectively engage with prospects, tell our company’s story, and represent our brand. You will optimize the website experience for existing customers and prospects, partners, future employees, and our investors.
 
Tasks:
  • Develop a holistic view of the customer journey for each of our products, apply data and insights to inform the development of a website experience that engages and converts.
  • Identify, build, and execute on A/B and multivariate tests to support business objectives. Analyze and evaluate A/B tests, report on results and recommend next steps.
  • Manages Content Management Systems (TYPO 3, HubSpot) for website content.
  • Manages web agency for ongoing website, back-end maintenance, and front-end optimizations for page speed
  • Manages communication with internal NFON stakeholders to make sure the website is up to date.
  • Constantly seeks to innovate web through a mobile first mindset providing suggestions, feedback, and thoughts on UX/UI using analytics and user behavioral tools.
  • Provides feedback and suggestions for creative assets for web UX/UI best practices
  • Works collaboratively with Brand, Demand Generation and Product Marketing team to understand future website needs as they relate to business KPIs.
  • Delivers regular reporting for SEO optimization, web analytics, and heatmapping / behavioral analytics depending on business needs.
  • Monitors website stability including uptime, page speed, links, images, and all other associated website UX is working as intended.
  • Oversees all technical interfaces related to the company’s web presence, including the Content Management System (CMS).
  • Monitors and optimizes the website performance dashboard.

Your profile

Professional Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience in corporate website management plus marketing know-how.
  • A degree in business administration, marketing, communications, media, computer science, IT, systems engineering or related qualification.
  • Project management & web agency management skills.
  • High proficiency in working with Content Management Systems (TYPO3, HubSpot CMS).
  • Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance) and JavaScript.
  • Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).
  • Passion for UX/UI innovation.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency is a must. German knowledge preferred.
