DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Build, shape and lead a powerful US Enterprise Sales Team.
  • Design and optimization of the sales process, definition of sales strategies and operational implementation.
  • Distribution of software products, combined hardware and software solutions as well as service and support services.
  • Identification, qualification, development and successful completion of opportunities.
  • Promote business growth by defining and implementing new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Close cooperation with the management to coordinate priorities.
  • Development and maintenance of a partner system for scaling channel sales.
  • Recruitment, development and motivation of sales talents in collaboration with our HR Department.
  • Reporting and forecasting to the Global Vice President Sales

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • 5-10 years SaaS sales experience, enterprise software and / or combined hardware and enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to drive our growth in new and high-growth markets.
  • Experience in C-level sales and proven track records of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Experience in working with regional and global system integrators and partners.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach, develop and inspire a team.
  • Industry knowledge in manufacturing and logistics as well as a strong network are an advantage.
  • Intellectual curiosity, affinity for technology, and the ability to continuously evolve with the company.
  • English language skills, further foreign language skills are an advantage.
