NavVis has grown like crazy in the past 24 months in the US, and so has its Laser Scanning Sales Team. NavVis is hiring for a Sales Manager for the team focusing on selling the NavVis VLX and IVION to Laser Scanning professionals (a team of 9 as soon as we can staff up our open headcount). This team is composed of Laser Scanning Account Executives, each running a territory within the US- this role will require 25-50% travel to visit the LSP AE’s on your team, evaluate these team members, and coach them to succeed in their territories.

The NavVis VLX is a revolutionary wearable mobile laser scanning solution that allows our customers to accurately capture measurements of indoor spaces 10-20x more quickly than has ever been possible before. We allow our customers to win more business, provide better and more affordable solutions to their customers in turn, and ultimately enable them to run better, more profitable businesses than before (we help our customers make more money). Combined with our innovative software for visualizing indoor spaces, IVION Core, we enable our customers to stand out among a sea of solution providers offering the same solutions they offered 20 years ago.

You will work on:

  • Evaluate, coach, and mentor the NavVis US Laser Scanning Sales team
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for customers in the US- you’re responsible for the success of our US Laser Scanning business. It’s a big job!
  • Showcase NavVis solutions at local and national trade shows in order to raise customer awareness of NavVis solutions
  • Engage with Product/ Engineering/ Design teams to improve our products and go-to-market approaches
  • Crush quota and get paid accordingly

You have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally (but not necessarily) in AEC SaaS solutions and/or technical hardware (laser scanning, surveying, construction engineering, or facility mapping). Other great backgrounds could include sales of B2B software, or of industrial technology.
  • Experience in running a B2B sales team, and a demonstrated track record of success doing so
  • Demonstrated an ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders, across multiple functions and levels, up to C-level
  • Curiosity about technology and a demonstrated ability to learn on technical topics
  • Enthusiasm and an affinity for technology, enabling you to understand and explain to customers what can be done with NavVis technology
  • Shown in your previous experience that you can skillfully motivate sales team members not just to crush quota but also to manage their non-sales responsibilities, such as updating their pipeline, producing good and reliable forecasts, and sharing back insights from their customers to other teams
  • Willingness to travel across the United States to work with your Sales Team members and their customers in their territories
  • Work authorization in the United States
