You'll work in a newly created UK Product team working closely with our HQ in Stockholm to build lovable credit products here in the UK! This role will see you identify and solve collection issues in post purchase collections experience for our customers prior to debt collections agencies, ensuring we treat customers fairly and provide the right support when needed. 

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Define, shape and lead the post purchase early collections strategy for our Pay Later, Pay in 3 and Financing offerings to drive recoveries and fair treatment of customers. 
  • Have a strong understanding of who your customers are and what problems you are solving for this group.
  • Have a strong understanding and experience of the UK collections market, the regulatory bodies and necessary requirements to fulfil regulation obligations.
  • Utilise product analytics to understand post purchase early collections performance and plan optimisation taking data driven decisions.
  • Pro-actively and effectively communicating with various stakeholders, discussing the root cause of trends, assessing their impact and proposing solutions/optimisations.
  • Breakdown large, complex problem spaces into small and manageable objectives to allow us to deliver optimisations at pace in collaboration with the PL&F group.
  • Be ready for the challenge to  build out new and exciting features for post purchase collections.

You'll Have:

  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a Business field.
  • A strong understanding of UK consumer credit and collections in a tech setting.
  • Experience in Product working with product designers, engineers, communications specialists and customer services.
  • Ability to work with and interpret product analytics to identify and solve product & customer problems. 
  • Significant drive and ambition.
  • Strong conceptual ability.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A curious mindset - you’ll be someone who loves to question the why!
