Transcreation Workflow Expert

 

About the Opportunity:

As a Transcreation Workflow Expert within the Marketing Operations team you will build and drive the transcreation engine for Global Marketing allowing teams to effectively and efficiently translate and localize marketing assets. You will lead the entire transcreation process and ensure end-to-end delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement an efficient translation and localization process and ensure that it is followed on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day translation and localization requests, serving as primary contact between global and local marketing teams, external agencies and freelancers
  • Manage global / local translation agencies or freelancers when needed, and collect, aggregate and assess feedback on their quality
  • Build and optimize a central linguistic assets library for the target languages: style guides, glossaries, assets, and other rich media
  • Share best practices within global and local marketing teams, as well as other content team members outside of the marketing function (for example Support Center, Product, PR or Product teams)
  • Work with the Global Content team to manage resolution of all target translation issues across markets and act as a single point of contact for all issues related to the target language
  • Set-up and manage transcreation process measurement systems/dashboards ensuring desired quality standards of deliverables and track performance of agencies and freelancers

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

  • You have 5+ years of experience (preferably in a multinational company) in Marketing Operations
  • You have foundational knowledge of translation / localization processes, systems and tools

Skills: 

  • You are fluent in English and good command of at least one other core N26 language is a plus: German, Italian, French or Spanish
  • You have foundational knowledge of translation / localization processes, systems and tools
  • You are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and within flexibility, with capability to multitask and prioritize among varying demands
  • You have good operational excellence knowledge and the ability to coach and train teams
  • You have the ability to work independently and initiate activities, set priorities, manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results
  • You have the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and others in the company
  • You are passionate about technology and what it can do for the marketing functions
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about removing it
  • You enjoy enabling others to drive team success
