A new team member for one of our portfolio companies.
What will keep you challenged?
- Responsibility for the daily trading operations in the European markets
- Being the expert for the Spanish capital markets and all related topics
- Working at the pulse of the fast-paced equity and derivatives markets
- Monitoring the customers’ order flow and being the first point of contact for the partner exchanges and clearing partner
- Managing the trading processes to provide the customers with the best-in-class solution
- Answering trading related customer inquiries and taking care of incidents
- Independently supervising tasks that are part of the daily trading business
Which traits contribute to your success?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics or quantitative finance and at least 2 years relevant working experience
- Fascination by the daily dynamics of financial markets
- Self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach and outstanding analytical skillset
- Quick understanding of new subjects and a willingness to learn and excel in a demanding startup environment
- Able to perform well under pressure, handle several different projects and responsibilities simultaneously with ease
- Expert knowledge in the characteristics of the Spanish capital markets and products (e.g. PEA, Derivates, taxation, etc.)
- Experience in banking and/or trading is required
- Spanish native, fluent in German and English
