So, what can you expect to work on?

  • You are a creative person that likes to excite shoppers and is also good at project management.

  • You are the key player in our cross-functional Offline Sales team when it comes to activating retailers and shoppers.

  • You will be amplifying our brand by bringing together our digital DNA and the stores and events of our retailers.

  • (Within the offline sales team) You take ownership of the marketing and sales management process which ensures effective communication and liaison between Sales, Marketing, PR, Social Media, and other departments to activate key business opportunities.

  • You develop & recommend a trade marketing strategy in line with the category development and the foodspring brand development plan.

 

Further Details:

  • Development of a customer-centric trade marketing strategy for our top key accounts in Europe. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with brand positioning and potential of the accounts/channels.

  • Close collaboration with our Key Account and Field Force team to understand the market needs

  • Interact with Marketing regarding deadlines/lead time required for promotions, pack/price changes, new products, etc. to ensure effective implementation by the sales force.

  • Develop all sales materials to excite our retail buyers

  • Plan and execute retail events attracting maximum attention from retailers and shoppers

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet the foodspring objectives.

  • Ensure full understanding of changing trade dynamics and development in the retail industry, to recommend effective channel & sales strategies that will give the Company a competitive edge.

  • To ascertain new product launches, distribution tracking, secondary displays, planograms, etc.

 

What you offer us:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Sales or Management.

  • Relevant experience: 3 - 5 years of sales, trade, and category experience (ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods context).

  • Agency experience is a plus.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Good presentation and communication skills.

  • Very strong in managing multiple projects at the same time.

  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • A good team player.

  • Fluent German in speaking and writing is a must. More European languages are a plus.
