Your Mission

  • Technical support for sales, NFON partners and customers
     - in the languages Polish and English
  • Processing of (international) tenders
  • Solution design considering customer requirements, data protection, security and network concept
  • Presentation of NFON products, individual solutions and concepts for customers
  • Support of the commercial customer service in all technical questions
  • Independent processing of partner & customer tickets
  • Supervision of the in-house IT
  • Back office activities in technical customer service

Your profile

  • At least two years experience as Technical Consultant in an international environment preferred in Telecommunications or IT
  • Completed studies in the field of Informatik or another relevant degree
  • Very good language skills in Polish and English
  • good knowledge in network environments, ideally in combination with VoIP / cloud technologies
  • Excellent skills in presenting complex context to C-level audition
  • Fast comprehension and high communication skills
  • Careful, structured working method
  • Eager to take personal responsibility
  • Strong organizational talent and analytical mindset
  • Enjoyment of independent, team-oriented work
  • A high degree of service orientation paired with a strong awareness of quality
