Technical Recruiters at Klarna proactively headhunt software engineers from all over the world. We work in a full lifecycle capacity; working closely with engineering teams to help them scale.

You'll get to drive the entire hiring process; sourcing, interviewing, and closing engineering talent from all over the world, working together with hiring managers to improve the way we do things.

We're looking to grow our team of recruiters with another Technical Recruiter to focus on hiring engineers for multiple teams in our Stockholm office

We spend lots of time with the engineering teams we recruit for; sitting with the teams, running sourcing sessions and bouncing new ideas around all the time.

What you'll need to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience recruiting Software Engineers.
  • The ability to source for Software Engineers using LinkedIn, Github or Stack Overflow.
  • A decent level of technical knowledge - you'll need to be able to explain the difference between Java and JavaScript.
  • A strong focus on candidate experience - we aim to provide a fantastic candidate experience for everyone.
  • Fluency in English. Swedish is not a requirement.
