Technical Product Manager - Endpoint Management

The Internal IT segment is looking for an experienced PM to join its Endpoint Management team. The Endpoint management team provides the tooling to secure and manage N26’s endpoints(laptops, mobile devices etc), in accordance with our compliance and security requirements, while maintaining a delightful user experience for N26ers. 

We are looking for a data-driven, technically savvy, (Senior) Product Manager to help build out the device management infrastructure of N26.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver world class, secure, fully compliant and user-centric endpoint management solutions.
  • Help build the strategy for the evolution of N26’s endpoint management product, its interactions with the rest of the organization, its global rollout and the decision to build vs buy.
  • Deeply understand the needs of the team developing the products
  • Help us understand where there are inefficiencies in the way that we do things and create solutions to enable our us to be more efficient and effective
  • Be the glue of the team. Clearly communicate the product vision and ensure alignment between product, engineering, design and cross-functional groups (e.g. Bank, Legal, Compliance, Product teams, commercial departments)
  • Be a decision maker. Possess complex decision making skills rooted in analytics, user feedback, and business goals. Set clear goals, priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations.

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven track record of building/implementing scalable and efficient tooling and processes
  • Deep understanding of products life cycle and how the right infrastructure and tooling enable other teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to use data and customer insights to inform decisions and inspire new thinking
  • Strong technical understanding and exposure to the latest emerging trends.
  • Extensive experience working with agile methodologies.
