Technical Compliance Delivery Manager

Job Description

The technical compliance delivery function within Platform Engineering at N26, ensures that IT compliance practices are known and implemented within the Empower domain. The team is responsible for the following processes / objectives:

  • Incident Management Process
  • IT Controls in place and executed in time
  • Policies are defined and comply with different frameworks/standards
  • Empower Security and Compliance activities (Vulnerabilities, IT Controls, …) are all planned across the different groups



The most important stakeholders collaborating with the Platform Engineering Group are the Security team, our RegTech team and all the engineers of the organisation building the N26 product for our customers.

Once here you will

  • Manage compliance deliverables from initiation to implementation
  • Track and report compliance activities and provide status reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and refine the backlog for an essential, internal product
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the entire organization to collect requirements
  • Generate regulatory documentation
  • Plan team efforts and communicate with stakeholders
  • Document and communicate goals clearly and comprehensively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with management to improve best practices and processes
  • Set project goals and roadmaps

 

What You'll Bring Along

  • Solid educational background or practical experience in a similar role is critical
  • Experience with Security and Regulatory Compliance best practices, such as ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc
  • Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Familiarity with Software development lifecycle
  • Solid understanding of Change Management
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking, as we grow fast and changes come up frequently
  • Knowledge of the products we offer and passion for N26
  • Hungry to constantly learn and improve

  • Technical background in the field of Software Engineering/Product Management
  • Experience working with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Developers
