We are searching for an CRM Manager (m/f/x) with Tech focus to help us engage with our customer base and implement CRM strategies along the customer lifecycle of our brands.

Your tasks

  • Help to drive our group-wide CRM growth while pursuing a holistic campaign approach, from online and offline mailings, to our referral and VIP program
  • Lead the implementation of CRM campaigns, automated life cycle mailings and list-building measures to prospect customers, engage and convert them, as well as to continuously improve retention and LTV
  • Create reportings and analyses alongside the customer lifecycle, providing insights into growth opportunities and executing on them
  • Leverage segmentation insights to further personalize the customer journey
  • Provide project management support for various inter-departmental CRM activities, including technology enhancements, new capability launches, and pilot tests


Your profile

  • 3+ years of CRM experience in a fast growing company, ideally in a D2C e-commerce environment
  • In-depth experience with using customer engagement platforms, ideally Emarsys or similar, across multiple channels. Experience with Shopify is a plus
  • In-depth experience with conceptualizing and implementing omni-channel CRM campaigns to meet high growth targets
  • Data-driven mindset with solid knowledge over CRM analytics and corresponding KPIs. Basic technical knowledge over HTML, SQL and / or JSON is a plus
  • Highly structured and result-oriented, with a can-do attitude, a collaborative mindset and excellent project management skills
  • Fluent in English, fluency in German is a plus
