Your Mission
- You accompany our customers on technical issues from the offer phase through requirement workshops to implementation, training and acceptance.
- As a specialist in the products, you stand by our customers with your experience to cover the requirements in the best possible way
- Recording of special requirements and internal communication for implementation
Your profile
- Experience in the telecommunications environment, basic knowledge of SIP, ACD and CTI
- For the integration into the customer environment, a wide range of basic knowledge of various components is required (network, protocols, operating systems, browsers, databases, ...)
- Knowledge in the field of software development is an advantage
- Professional appearance
- Willingness to communicate
