Klarna is looking for ambitious people with significant drive! The Communication Platform team needs you to understand how messages over various communication channels(email, sms, push notification, letter) are sent to the millions of customers of Klarna. There are about 500-1000 million messages sent every month globally that we track. You need to drive how the data should be created, used and analyzed to answer delivery related questions of our internal stakeholders. For example: how many customers haven’t received an email, for what reason and can we reach them on another communication channel? You will help our stakeholders to understand what data is available and how they can answer their business related questions in relation to communications.

Day to day will see you

  • Develop product and funnel analysis reports to track/monitor KPIs
  • Deriving insights from analyses to provide recommendations/suggestions on how to improve/maximize performance with stakeholders
  • Using stakeholder feedback and own research to proactively suggest data structure improvements which would enable better usability of the data
  • Proactively analyzing the data to make improvements in the quality of the deliveryWorking with relational(SQL) and BI systems to query data and able to answer business related questions

You should have

  • A degree from a university in a numerate subject (e.g. Economics, Science, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Exceptional analytical thinking abilities, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to analyse large quantities of data
  • Understanding of the concept of a data warehouse and building reports on one.
  • Experience in the entire Analytics lifecycle, from requirements gathering, data extraction, manipulation and analysis to sharing insights and advising on decision making
  • Previous experience of working in or with Engineering teams, ideally a basic understanding of git and ability to read the code
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
