The Role
The Teamlead Technical Talent is a strategic partner to the Tech hiring managers in which they strive to thoroughly understand hiring needs and create department specific recruiting strategies to attract, select and hire the right people for the right roles at the right time. Reporting directly into the Global Head of Talent, we are looking for an experienced recruiter, who can independently manage full-lifecycle tech recruiting as well as provide training and direction to a small team of internal & RPO tech Talent Partners. Our target candidate for this position is an ambitious & startup-minded person who wants to experience non-linear growth by joining a well-established business early on and building it to a successful investor exit. This is a unique opportunity for a top performing tech recruiting lead at a reputable fintech company who is ready to take the next step toward senior leadership.

What you'll do
- Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting workload, with the expectation to make at least 1 hire per month (Talent Partners are at 2 hires per month)
- Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
- Program manage projects related to recruiting optimization
- Support the global tech organization, including IT, Information Security, Delivery, Engineering and Product teams
- Own the commercial relationship with our tech partners (e.g. WeAreDevelopers, Honeypot, Matched…)
- Coordinate embedded Tech Talent Partners
- Be responsible for the tech hiring plan execution
- Act as the first point of contact to the CTO for strategic tech recruiting topics & possible escalations
What you bring to the table
- Solid experience recruiting for tech roles and leading a small team
- Understand the difference between Java, JavaScript and Angular
- Interest in technology trends
- Fluent English skills, German would be an advantage
- Agency and Startup/Scaleup experience is welcome
