Your Mission

As the Team Lead of the Digital and Demand Generation Team you are responsible for creating and managing a sales pipeline. You create scalable and predictable processes and create traction along the funnel, from anonymous to customer. The responsibilities of the role include strategy development, campaign planning and project management, team management and process optimization.
Digital & Demand Generation 
  • Together with your team you are responsible for lead generation and management through the funnel; align and share across all regions
  • You oversee the campaign planning, content development, performance marketing, email campaigns, lead management and follow-up.
  • Working with Revenue Operations to support and train the regions to implement processes and partner internally with Sales to streamline and implement customer journeys as well as optimize the internal processes
  • Together with your team you oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate, and manage website performance, and develop, maintain, and update website content.
Campaign Planning, Management & Roll-Out
  • Project manager for the planning, implementation and roll-out of NFON’s integrated campaigns locally and across markets
  • Align with the Brand team to input and coordinate on delivery for media strategy for middle of funnel, content narrative execution and implementation.
  • Close collaboration with product marketing for aligning product initiatives with lead generation and customer campaigns.
  • Media agency management.
Team Management
  • Work with each member of your team to understand their strengths, growth areas and career ambitions to create tailored employee development plans. 
  • Be a resourceful change-agent with the ability to a lead and motivate a team while adapting the way of working through times of rapid change.
  • Maintain a positive, results-oriented, collaborative environment, building strong stakeholder relationships that models teamwork and trust

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in leading demand generation ideally with an emphasis on B2B / SaaS Sales
  • Proven track record for creating and implementing demand generation planning and forecasting processes.
  • Organizational and coordination experience in a cross-functional team
  • Excellent understanding of marketing funnel implementation in marketing automation tools, HubSpot or SalesForce.
  • Good understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEA, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Good understanding of website content management systems and tracking tools. 
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency is a must. German knowledge preferred.
