You will ensure FreightHub is the logistics solution of choice for modern logistics- and procurement teams.


  • Your work experience: 4+ years of experience in fast paced work environment, marketing SaaS products.
  • Your growth channels skills: Product/content marketing, PR&Comms, events, brand. Bonus: Solid understanding of CRO, SEO and performance marketing.
  • You are a leader, not only executive: You define your success by success and growth rate of your rockstars and gained experience in leading smaller teams
  • You are “Mr/Mrs Make it scaleable/ Go Big”: You torch what you built to burn waste and build new value instead, constantly. You love frameworks and lead your area from the front line, autonomously, drive topics, create new solutions and are good in developing healthy relationships.
  • Make it happen: You are creative as well as systematic. You do your own work but embrace working in teams. You see the big picture as well as the finer details.
  • 80/20: You are able to bridge strategic thinking, analytical skills and creative executions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and confident collaborating with FreightHub’s major internal stakeholders: growth, sales, product, customer success, founders but also guide agencies and freelancers.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English.


  • Lead marketing crew: You build and lead FreightHub’s marketing crew. You orchestrate and scale our marketing growth channels to generate inbound revenue pipeline through: product/content marketing, SEO, CRO, performance marketing, email marketing and PR&Comms, affiliate and referral schemes, community growth, events, etc.
  • Market positioning: Own the positioning and messaging for FreightHub and our Transport management system and how we differentiate from competition
  • Customer engagement: Own announcing new platform features to customers and the broader market
  • Content creation: You are responsible for driving and managing the creation of outstanding content assets like Whitepapers, E-Books etc. You systematically track and assess the impact of your content and continuously iterate.
  • Brand ambassador: You drive our tonality and voice of the brand and make sure that it transports our values as much as our offer into the world. You enable others through creative guidelines and direction) to understand and adapt this tonality so that our brand touchpoints feel coherent and authentic.
  • Campaign architect: You conceive and implement original copy for campaigns & websites across all channels
  • Product alignment: Work directly with the product team to influence the product roadmaps, based on market demand, competitor intelligence and customer feedback
  • Sales alignment: Work closely with marketing and sales to highlight the value of the platform through the development of positioning, messaging, enablement activities, and marketing materials such as videos and customer stories
