Team Lead / Head of People and Culture

Today we’re looking for ambitious people to join us on our path to becoming Europe’s leading job platform for tech professionals. Despite being a well-funded scaleup, we still enjoy having fun and being a tight-knit team. What will your day look like?

  • Create and lead our People and Culture strategy
  • Develop and manage our P&C team members
  • Be an active People partner to our executive team
  • Lead the hiring planning, and the recruiting of new Honeypot members
  • Lead our Learning & Development program for the company
  • Take the pulse of the company and define the best People care!

What we are definitively looking for

  • 5+ experience in the HR field: you have 'gotten your hands dirty' ;)
  • German native or fluent, a good knowledge of German labor law is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills: you prioritise, organise and structure as a second nature and you have a certain love for clear processes
  • Natural affinity and curiosity for company culture topic: you read books and blogs and listen to podcast about it

  • You have led a team before and you are passionate about people development

What are our nice to haves

  • You have led projects like 360s, performance reviews, feedback, employee development...
  • You have extensive HR Admin experience (payroll, working contracts)
  • You have worked with Workday
  • You have experience in FTE and hiring planning
