You take full ownership of our business roles while working independently and with lots of freedom in your field.

This role is either 100% remote from Germany or from our Office in Berlin possible - your choice!
You own and drive every stage of the recruiting journey from active sourcing to assessing talents to negotiating contract details
You partner with your hiring managers and their teams to define strategies on how to attract the best talent and train them to share your knowledge
You challenge hiring managers and their teams on best practices, candidate market realities and the best way to reach the hiring target
You assure the best talent experience for both the candidates and your hiring managers
You understand what is our USP as an employer and find the right channels to forward this message through our employer branding initiatives which you are developing and rolling out
You continuously improve everything we’ve built and work actively on (co-)creating a fabulous talent partnership area
Skills we are looking for
You have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting different business roles - preferably in a software or start-up environment
You find superior talents where they feel at home (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, Social Media Groups, Stackoverflow etc…)
You are a problem-solver and can think out of the box when recruiting hard-to-find talents for our organization
You are a people person and have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with candidates, your hiring managers and our people team
You have an analytical mindset and explore data to comprehend the candidate flow and quality of our talent practices
You demonstrate initiative, drive, and motivation in a high-paced working environment
You have a passion for talent management topics - bringing in new tech to support the experience, psychological expertise to understand behaviors or employer branding hacks to present our company in a unique way
You have excellent German and English communication skills
