For this role, within the Talent Acquisition Services team, our Mission is to deliver a reliant service for Talent Acquisition (TA) at Klarna and all its stakeholders, while performing fast and high efficient administrative tasks to support the company's recruitment overall.
Success in this role means making the service work smoothly for the TA organisation and its stakeholders. Embracing change and willingness to work with several tasks at once will make success in this role happen.
Tasks that are performed are (among others):
- Support recruiters and stakeholders coordinate pipelines
- Administer tests to candidates
- Book interviews for candidates
- Meet and greet candidates when arriving to the office and help with their process onsite (when applicable, otherwise online)
- Arrange travel and accommodation for candidates (when applicable)

You have at least one year of experience from working with service roles and stakeholder management.
