Zeitgold was founded in 2015 and is based in Berlin and Tel Aviv. Co-founders Stefan Jeschonnek (MBA, Stanford) and Jan Deepen (PhD, WHU) previously co-founded fintech company SumUp. Stefan and Jan teamed up with Kobi Eldar (8200 alum), who led a cybersecurity unit in the Israeli Defense Forces and had leading roles in several Israeli tech companies.

A few facts about the position

  • As a Talent Sourcer, your responsibilities will include a strong partnership with our brilliant engineering team to define critical positions and candidate personas.
  • You will be responsible for scouting potential candidates through various channels, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • You will proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • You will utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Meetup, Github, SOF etc.) to promote Zeitgold.
  • You will design our employer branding initiatives online and offline - by job postings on social media, hosting and/or participating in career events, meetups etc., and manage long-term relationships with potential candidates.

Your profile

  • Quick thinker with a desire to learn and grow into a talent acquisition role
  • Proven work experience as a tech recruiter or similar role - 1 year minimum
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques such as recruiting on social platforms
  • Fully solid verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English - a must
  • Ability to positively present Zeitgold and open positions to potential candidates
  • Team player
  • High EQ
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Experience with Lever - an advantage
