We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our value add to the business by designing inclusive candidate journeys, coaching hiring managers to become talent magnets, and develop our advanced reporting to become more strategic and predictive.   


What we need from you

  • You are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of our tech vacancies through constant alignment with hiring managers on your talent strategy
  • Develop trusted relationships with your stakeholders and raise the bar by fostering unbiased hiring decisions 
  • Build and maintain a network of prospects through active sourcing and continuous relationship management
  • Proactively drive initiatives to build on our Diversity & Inclusion approach e.g. organize events, meetups and promote partnerships with relevant organizations
  • Deliver and design an outstanding candidate experience
  • Use data-driven approach to solve hiring problems and measure success by translating data into useable insights

What you need to bring

  • A passionate, data-driven, learning, and proactive personality
  • A proven track record of hiring tech talents on different seniority levels
  • Proficient experience in talent sourcing by building and leveraging talent pools 
  • Ability to lead successful projects in different strategic areas e.g. Employer Branding, Diversity&Inclusion, Talent Analytics
  • Ability to set priorities based on business needs and to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes
  • Fluent in English and German needed
