Talent Acquisition Lead Finance

As part of our Finance team,  you’ll play a key role in shaping the business in one of the fastest growing technology companies in the world. You will attract the right talent and ensure candidates have an amazing experience while getting to know SumUp.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and coordinate the implementation of recruitment strategies for SumUp’s global Finance team to deliver our ambitious, scale-up, hiring targets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including board members, in multiple geographies for key hires.
  • Amaze our candidates with all the possibilities we can offer at SumUp.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition projects in diverse areas: candidate assessment, candidate attraction, interviewer and candidate training, recruiting analytics and whatever great ideas you may have.
  • Provide insights about the market and our hiring needs to our Employer Branding and other teams.
  • Determine strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

 

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You love recruiting, and you can't think of anything more critical for a company than to hire right and fast.
  • You have 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience for business areas, being exposed to high complexity roles and different locations. Experience hiring for finance roles is a big plus.
  • You have 1-2 years of informal or formal leadership experience, with good mentoring and coaching skills. Previous experience working with internationally distributed teams is a plus.
  • You speak fluent English - you'll be part of a truly global team.
  • Your hiring managers see you as a true advisor on how to bring awesome people on board.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
  • You’re knowledgeable about sourcing techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events and Boolean searches.
  • You have strong interviewing skills - behavioural and technical interviews are part of your daily life.
  • You’re results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about recruiting.
