As we continue our journey of rapid growth, the People team’s job is to help Personio to grow, develop and build for the future. That’s where you come in. We are looking for a passionate leader driving our executive and leadership hiring. This is an international role, with oversight and responsibility for winning our C-Level/VP/Director/Head positions. Currently most of our most senior hiring searches are supported by agencies - we would like you to change this! It will be your responsibility to build the full function from scratch, working together with our most senior stakeholders. If you are a self-starter, motivated by creating something great from a green field, this is the right role for you. You will be part of Personio’s Talent Acquisition leaders team, reporting into our Talent Director.
Winning the best talent for Personio is THE most important factor for our ongoing and future success, and you will be hiring our most senior leaders. This is why this role carries a lot of responsibility:
Build our Executive & Leadership hiring function from scratch.
Create and execute a long-term strategy to attract and hire our most senior leaders (C-Level/VP/Director/Head) across all departments and offices (Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Madrid and Munich).
Set and achieve metrics and KPIs for our executive & leadership hiring.
Partner with your hiring managers to clearly understand their requirements, identify and engage relevant candidates... excite and win them for Personio.
Develop and tailor our assessment processes to individual searches, ensuring a consistent and engaging Personio experience and high quality bar.
Conduct strategic talent mapping of target companies and markets, building relationships with future senior candidates.
Build strong and trust-based relationships with your stakeholders - Personio’s most senior leaders. Be a trusted advisor and business partner bringing in your market knowledge and business acumen.
Partner with our Employer Branding team to adjust Personio’s Employer Value Proposition to attract senior talent and create the right content and messages.
Focus on continuous data and tech-led improvement and innovation (process, automation, innovation, tools) to deliver greater business impact and facilitate future hiring.
Depending on our future hiring needs, build and lead a small team supporting our executive and leadership hiring efforts.
Be a thought leader to the external HR world as well as internally at Personio. Share our work and ideas on panels and at events, share your market knowledge with People Partners and People Development team to support Workforce Planning and Talent Development trends.
What you need to succeed
A track record implementing executive recruiting and senior hiring best practices, delivering ambitious hiring plans.
Experience working in fast-paced and tech-focused environments, either within a leading tech company or within an executive search firm hiring for market leading tech companies.
Knowledge in the international recruiting market and an understanding of different approaches for different target groups.
An existing network of senior talent within your area of expertise.
Experience forecasting, setting goals & objectives, analysing data and measuring recruiting performance to improve effectiveness.
Ideally, experience in building and leading a high-performing team of Executive Recruiters.
