System Solutions Engineer - RegTech
Job Description
The RegTech Group at N26 ensures that Regulatory requirements towards Technology used are met. The group designs the necessary processes according to the regulatory requirements as well as develops software solutions to automate procedures and processes. The System Solutions team is responsible for configuring, managing and maintaining 3rd party SaaS applications at N26.
Once here you will:

Own technical integrations of 3rd party SaaS applications at N26

Ensure that all applications and services are up-to-date with N26 security standards

Build necessary tooling to optimize and measure performance of our integrations continuously

Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation.

Troubleshoot and diagnose availability and performance issues

Create collaborative environment with other technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Identify and develop internal process automation
What You'll Bring Along:
-
An ability to communicate very effectively with the technical and non technical audience
-
Knowledge of Authentication and Authorisation protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth etc
-
An understanding of various protocols like REST/SOAP and have lived through XML as well as played with JSON
-
An ability to pick up new development stack while working with the internal teams
-
Comfortable writing code that interacts with APIs (Python, bash, etc.)
- Proven knowledge of Linux Operating Systems (Windows will be plus)
- Knowledge of core Internet protocols and core networking concepts (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS)

Very good written and spoken English, German is an advantage

Excellent multi-tasking, as we grow fast and changes come up frequently

Knowledge of the products we offer and passion for N26

Hungry to constantly learn and improve
Nice-to-haves:

An understanding of cloud deployments stacks such as AWS, Azure and GCP

Proficiency in various open source software and development tools and stacks

Comfort working with cloud based source control systems such as GitHub

Technical background in the field of Software Engineering

Experience with Security and Regulatory Compliance best practices

Experience working with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Software Engineers, Security Engineers

Experience working with interdisciplinary Agile teams

Experience in writing technical documentation
