The Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead the value chain of our next generation farming system. They will manage all aspects of the relationship with Infarm`s main partner for the development, production, installation and service of the farm. They will also work closely with our R&D, Procurement, Installation and Sales teams. Their focus will be on continuous improvement of our partner`s performances and on streamlining of the product value chain, to ensure global deployment of farms with optimal speed, quality and cost efficiency to support Infarm`s growth.


Partner Management

  • Team closely with relevant stakeholders at the partner, to establish efficient communications and cover all operational, commercial and strategic aspects
  • Set priorities and milestones for the partner to align with our growth targets
  • Communicate short and long-term forecasts of deployments, to drive mutual transparency and trust with the partner 
  • Develop and own success metrics for the partner, including KPIs related to product quality, production, installation, service, and price
  • Drive optimizations and improvements of our partner along the value chain, in close collaboration with relevant Infarm teams  
  • Ensure product fixes and upgrades are addressed in timely manner and according to priorities
  • Ensure production & logistics aspects- quality, capacity, lead time and transport to site, are sufficient for meeting our growth targets
  • Collaborate with the partner to analyze and optimize the installation process, aiming to reduce lead time and costs while increasing quality
  • Ensure service agreement and actual service level of the partner are inline with Infarm`s goals and expectations
  • Work in close collaboration with the Procurement team to negotiate and achieve the price targets of the product
  • Facilitate discussions between the partner and other sub-suppliers that are involved with the farm production and integration
  • Lead special projects with the partner, such as developing new products, and deployment of the product in new continents

Value Chain Management- Farming systems

  • Streamline the end-to-end installation process of the farm to ensure speed, quality, safety and cost efficiency. You will address this by:
    • Working with our construction & installation teams to ensure infrastructure requirements are met
    • Collaborate with our installation teams to ensure smooth facilitation of subsystem integration
    • Defining a logistics process for optimal delivery and storage of the different subsystems to the sites
    • Driving better integration of the different suppliers that take part in the installation
    • Optimizing the handover process to ensure smooth transition to operational use
  • Analyze the product problems, required fixes and upgrades, in close collaboration with our R&D and Food Production teams
  • Participate in our Sales and Operations Planning meetings, to provide input and be informed on our expansion plans, working closely with the Capacity Planning and Expansion teams
  • Work in close collaboration with the Procurement teams, to optimize integration of sub-suppliers in the product delivery, installation and service
  • Provide required input to our Material Planning team, to support them with maintaining the farm`s Bill of Materials up to date
  • Work closely with our maintenance specialist, to ensure SLA from partner is being met, and to optimize service related processes


  • 8+ years in either sales, account management, procurement, or product management, in a technical setting with focus on industrial machinery/automation.
  • B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Significant prior experience in account management on either the client or supplier side.
  • Experience in process optimization with the ability to identify bottlenecks, find solutions and implement
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts, covering a wide range of technical requirements and/or integrations
  • Strong relationship development skills, ability to establish and maintain influential relationships with key decision makers at our strategic partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team player approach. Ability to build trust and confidence with peers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to engage technical, commercial, and executive audiences
  • Able to create accurate numerical models to evaluate scenarios and options
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies, including a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Extremely well-organized with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and techniques 
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Google Drive, Gmail, Google Apps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Passion for agritech, with strong desire to take part in the vertical farming revolution
