Your tasks

Our Strategic Enterprise Account Manager will take full ownership of accounts, and get the great task of helping to on-board new clients, and grow existing accounts. 

WorkGenius is expanding quickly across the U.S. and is in need of a strong Consultant who has worked in the enterprise space, and can effectively build relationships and offer guidance for our clients.

This role will take on a very consultative approach and requires strong business acumen and client-facing abilities.


  • Ensure a great customer experience for our clients (both new and existing).
  • Take full ownership of accounts and create cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Connect and build relationships with our existing clients and act as a trusted advisor. 
  • Travel to account sites when necessary to facilitate account growth and collaboration.
  • Create opportunities to network within existing accounts and gain referrals.
  • Meet monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
  • Represent WorkGenius at conferences and other networking opportunities
  • Become a WorkGenius master - learn all about our magic sauce

What we expect

We are looking for seasoned candidates in the customer success/account management space who have exceptional interpersonal skills and a previous track record of growing revenue within enterprise accounts.

Prior success in a client-facing role is required with experience generating up-sell opportunities within accounts.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • A min. of 2 years of SaaS sales experience with a track record as a high performer meeting quota goals is required.
  • At least 4-5+ years of overall sales experience with a track record as a high performer meeting quota goals is required.
  • Experience growing existing accounts in a similar role (senior customer success/senior account management/enterprise sales consultant).
  • You have experience working in a start-up setting (preferably from the tech space).
  • You’re articulate - you're able to engage with people at all levels and from all backgrounds.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious - you bring a positive attitude to your work and always show up professionally.
  • You're both creative and resourceful - you find ways to be stand out and the clients that work with you love you for that.
  • Strong team player - you are responsive and cooperate well with others. You know how to collaborate and have fun with the work you do.
