Your Mission

Be the face of enmacc towards our professional trading customers and connect our most strategic clients to the enmacc trading platform.

Work closely with this trader segment and engage them to become digital leaders in energy trading. In collaboration with clients, develop new markets and opportunities and build up the enmacc network of professional energy traders.

Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do

  • Ensure professional energy traders derive maximum value from the enmacc trading platform and collaborate with other Enmacc stakeholder teams to ensure success and growth
  • Building superior relationships with traders
  • Enable traders to grow their direct network in energy trading
  • Build and execute trading success plans together with the customer
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a link between departments to drive customer advocacy by delivering measurable customer feedback
  • Join product core groups to assure enmacc develops and rolls out succesful new product developments

Your Profile / What You'll Need

  • Experience with the professional trading industry, ideally with the energy sector. (broker, trader, portfolio manager)
  • Affinity towards digital products and services and confidence that digitisation is key for growing the markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented and driven to succeed
  • Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty
  • Skilful at building long term relationships with traders & and key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and at least in one other European language
