About your future Team 

The Sales team at Solarisbank is dynamic and interacts with the whole organisation. We are a 15-people-strong department with people located across Europe. We will open up new markets, hunt for new partnerships, help build up fintechs, and increase ecosystems of big digital companies with financial products.

Your role

  • Drive partnership conversations with new partners
  • Manage negotiations with potential partners and push for a commitment
  • Be partner solutions oriented, with a consultative selling approach
  • Execute on and provide insights for the Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Coordinate progression of potential partners with Legal, Partner Onboarding, Product Owners, Compliance and further internal stakeholders

What you should bring along

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. We don’t care much about fancy titles, but rather about real personal and professional development, as laid out in our learning framework. Let’s figure together out how you can contribute to our team.

  • You have 5-10 years of relevant work experience in a B2B customer-facing role with international customers, ideally in either digital consulting or Fintech
  • Background in either Digital Banking/Payments/Lending is highly preferred
  • Previous experience interfacing with Product, Engineering and Legal teams
  • A proven and reliable network to fuel the sales pipeline
  • You write and speak fluent English. (French, Spanish or Italian is a plus)
