We are seeking a talented leader with a background in talent acquisition to lead and grow our North America Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiting Team based out of Denver. In this role, you will be challenged to meet aggressive hiring goals while building a scalable and effective recruiting function. The ideal candidate is an excellent mentor and coach who can motivate and help foster the learning and development of team members.

What to expect?

We’re looking to build a “world-class recruiting process” and this role would be an important partner in not only leading and building a team but shaping how we educate and train our hiring managers on the best hiring process, improving their interview skills, marketing our brand and finding new innovative ways to attract and retain the best talent. 

What will this role do? 

  • Lead a best-in-class talent acquisition team in North America
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization and with stakeholders developing trust and partnership
  • Manage key recruiting metrics on an ongoing basis. Present status updates and makes recommendations that optimize our processes and organization.
  • Optimize candidate assessment methods throughout the company.
  • Recruit for diversity. Use and share best practices learned to attract, hire, and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Ensure recruiting success and high candidate traffic through all channels: employee referrals, applicants/active, and passive/sourced candidates in addition to innovating more avenues for attracting amazing candidates

What you need to be successful?

  • 2+ years of experience managing a Recruiting team
  • 5+ years of experience in in-house recruitment
  • Proven success scaling a team
  • Proven ability to create an ideal candidate experience.
  • Metrics-driven. You use data to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Proven ability to attract and hire talent across all departments; specific experience working with Go-to-Market (GTM) candidates a plus
  • Experience recruiting for diversity.
  • High-proficiency in all best-of-breed recruiting platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, Glassdoor, ATS (Greenhouse), G-Suite, and more
