Your Role

Vivy is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin. Our ideal candidate should be able to lead the integration process with different clinics and laboratories to simplify for our users the process of requesting documents. The Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) should be able to act as interface between our health care professional partners, our sales team and our developers.

  • You work as project manager
  • You lead multiple concurrent implementation projects
  • You provide ongoing training to clients throughout the implementation phase and beyond
  • Together with sales counterparts, you ensure success for Vivy’s partner integrations and facilitate the process in a consultative approach
  • You ensure all key stakeholders are accurately aware of progress and next steps at all times; keeping track of all deliverables needed in- and externally and holding relevant stakeholders accountable in a friendly and solution driven, positive manor
  • You act in a professional, positive and result oriented manner at all times, with clients, stakeholders and team members

Your Profile

  • 3+ years relevant work experience in performance driven organizations with at least 2 years in a solutions architect role with client interaction

  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of contacts in a particular organization

  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills and mindset

  • Advanced understanding of APIs and how the system works together to be able to guide partners through it, troubleshoot something that’s not working and the strong desire to learn more

  • Experience in German healthcare system, especially with standards like IHE or FHIR is a plus

  • Fluent in English and German (C1 or higher)

  • Attention to details combined with a pragmatic working approach
