Wie könnte eine moderne Versicherung eigentlich funktionieren? Wir sind FRIDAY. Was uns bewegt, ist die Idee einer Versicherung, die besser in unsere Zeit und das Leben unserer Kunden passt. Innerhalb von 6 Monaten haben wir daher die erste wirklich digitale Autoversicherung Deutschlands aufgebaut.
Und es gibt noch einiges zu tun. Damit unser Startup die Versicherungswelt nachhaltig verändern kann, entwickeln wir in Berlin völlig neue Konzepte – Angebot in 90 Sekunden, monatlich kündbar, Zahl-pro-Kilometer. We are looking for a passionate and energetic software engineer to join our team at FRIDAY in Berlin:
- Together with product managers, designers and domain experts you rethink insurance and thrive for the best possible experience for our customers.
- You develop elegant code that requires research, interactivity, and curiosity.
- You work with state-of-the-art technologies from our tech stack: TypeScript, React.js, Redux, AWS, Kubernetes.
- You really want to understand customer needs and problems to build the best solutions.
- You analyze and improve the effectiveness, performance, and scalability of our products.
- You keep up high release cycles by automating tests to guarantee the quality of solutions developed.
- With your team, you take ownership of the products you build and continuously work to improve them.
Du bringst Folgendes mit
- You are curious and always question status quo.
- You have the passion and the skills required to ship high quality software.
- You have relevant work experience as software engineer working in an agile team.
- You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience with frontend development, specifically working with single-page applications and using frameworks such as React.js.
- You have a very deep understanding of HTML, CSS and Sass/SCSS.
