YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Create a comprehensive strategy for KINEXON’s LinkedIn and Twitter channel aligned with the marketing goals for our industrial business 
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of social media best practices and innovation and proactively propose new opportunities and platforms with marketing team 
Paid & Organic Social Media Campaign Management 
  • Create and manage social media calendars for organic posts in collaboration with marketing team and SME
  • Create, execute, and analyze performance of end-to-end paid lead generation campaigns (PPC Advertising) 
  • Support sales targets via social selling activities including (but not limited to) connecting with prospects and building rapport with existing connections 
  • Monitor and report on social engagement, trends, and analytics 
Content Creation
  • Raise the profile of KINEXON by generating engaging B2B content to excite target audiences and increase followers. 
  • Ideate and create visuals and videos that push KINEXON forward in its visual identity while protecting brand guidelines. 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications 
  • Preferably based in Chicago, possibly remote 
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B social media management and/or content production required.  
  • Understanding of how to drive sales through social media 
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing priorities. 
  • Knowledge of or interest in industrial automation, manufacturing, technology, or software 
 
Desired Qualifications 
  • Experience working with an international team or company.  
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • An eye for design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
