We are currently looking for people across the globe to join us in Stockholm. People that are native-speakers in one of the following languages Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish & (English) but also fluent in English.

Do you want more than a job? Being a Junior Service Associate at Klarna can mean a lot of different things. But we all share one passion: our customer obsession. At Klarna, you work towards close to 100 million customers and 250 000 merchant partners, together with thousands of colleagues in various teams. All with different backgrounds, languages, and tasks. Obsessing about their specific customer’s needs. Junior Service Associates work throughout all parts of Klarna, in teams like Customer Service (B2C and B2B), Office Services and Fraud and Compliance/AML.
The role differs based on the team but can include customer-facing responsibilities and back-office tasks.
