Customer Service, Merchant Service, Dispute Resolutions, Financial Reporting Operations and many others.
They typically respond to customer's requests via email and live chat or handle requests in ticketing systems.
They are problem solvers and strong communicators in Klarna's business language English and in their market specific language.
