Compliance Operations Manager

Who you are

We are looking for a driven and passionate leader for our Compliance Operations Group consisting of three teams based in Stockholm and Columbus, Ohio. You have gathered experience in operations management and possess the ability to drive performance within all levels of an organization. You have a natural urge to deliver results within set deadlines with a positive mindset towards a fast-changing environment. You are skilled at interacting with senior stakeholders and navigating in a global company.  You have a strategic view of an organization and are able to identify key performance drivers for yourself and your organization. You are able to keep an overall perspective of ongoing matters, but also get excited about being very hands-on and in the details when required. In order to be successful in this role you will greatly benefit from having an overall understanding of general Customer Service processes and ways of working.

In this exciting role you will have responsibilities such as;

  • Leading a group of three leaders and their teams.
  • Being responsible for staffing and the operational delivery of the group.
  • Being responsible for KPI fulfillments and taking necessary actions on deviations.
  • Owning processes and routines within the Compliance Operations scope.
  • Drive improvements both on a process/routine level, as well as systems level, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the career development of direct and indirect reports.

We are thrilled to see that you have;

  • Relevant work experience within Customer Service / Service Operations / Service Delivery Management.
  • Preferably exposure to the Compliance Operations scope (AML, KYC, GDPR).
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Relevant experience managing teams.
  • Project management skills.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Swedish work and residence permit.
