As a Senior Warehousing & Logistics Manager, you manage your own team and inspire your team members to be the best version of themselves every day to continuously reach for operational excellence. Not only are you experienced about operations, but also passionate - because you truly care and want to help our customers.

Team: Operation - Supply Chain
So, what can you expect to work on?
You lead the team of operations managers for the B2C and B2B channels.
You monitor the KPIs of our third-party logistics and design strategies to continuously improve them.
You create the best-in-class delivery experience for all our customers, B2C and B2B/ Retail partners.
You are responsible of the entire operational process, from order management to order delivery.
You identify & analyze opportunities to improve our existing processes with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, warehouse, carrier).
You develop and manage logistical support plans and processes.
What you offer us:
You have a strong academic background in business administration, economics or any other relevant area. A focus on logistics or supply chain is a plus.
You bring with you at least 5 years of professional experience in operations.
You are passionate about continuous process development, (interfaces) and people management.
You have hands on experience in leading and managing the performance of a small team.
You are great at communicating with different stakeholders and show a ‘can-do’ attitude.
You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you operate with a strategic mindset.
Your sharp analytical skills allow you to solve complex problems in a creative way.
You are business fluent in English; the knowledge of German is not mandatory but highly appreciated.
