About the role
It’s such an exciting time to join our team at SumUp. As a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner in the Online Payments Tribe, you’ll be a key contributor to the Tribe’s overall success helping us build SumUp's own online payments products! You’ll be the single point of contact to your hiring managers, driving initiatives to empower top teams for making our vision of becoming the best online payments partner for small merchants globally come true.
Our mission starts with Talent Acquisition, a team that aims to attract the right talent and ensure candidates have an amazing experience while getting to know SumUp. As our Tribe grows exponentially, you will own and improve complex hiring processes and pipeline initiatives in order to further fuel our growth. Our close-knit team is looking to expand which leaves plenty of scope to take on your own projects while developing your skills.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Hiring Managers from Engineering and Product to run recruiting processes end-to-end, from designing positions with hiring managers to putting together sourcing strategy and negotiating details of offers.
- Amaze our candidates with all the possibilities we can offer at SumUp.
- Lead Talent Acquisition projects in diverse areas: candidate assessment, candidate attraction, interviewing and candidate training, recruiting analytics and all possible great ideas you may have.
- Make data driven hiring decisions and help us to allocate budgets in the best possible way through reporting and KPI tracking.
- Determine strategies to ensure diverse teams and an inclusive workplace culture.
- Advise hiring managers and their teams, challenge them if you need to and make sure we offer a best in class candidate experience.

- You have a great experience running recruiting processes for tech positions, end-to-end.
- You speak fluent English - you'll be part of a truly global team.

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
