(Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d)

To support our further growth, we need you as our new colleague in the role of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d).

You will be part of the well-functioning people team and play a key role in supplying foodspring with the great people we would like to welcome as new members of the foodspring family.

So, what can you expect to work on?

  • You work closely with hiring managers and the people team and own the recruiting process end-to-end.

  • You will start with consulting hiring managers on the best strategies to source for their needs, define the recruiting process, apply various assessment methodologies and facilitate decision making.

  • You are responsible for the regular coordination with internal stakeholders to take up the recruiting needs, coordination of the requirement profiles as well as determination of individual recruiting strategies and identification of ideal candidates.

  • You take care of the applicant management, from the analysis of incoming application documents to interview management and support of the employee and candidate network.

  • You approach candidates via the latest and innovative active sourcing methods in the digital sector.

  • You are responsible for the coordination and execution of diagnostics, assessments, and interviews.

  • You represent foodspring at networking events and job fairs.

  • You write engaging job postings.


What you offer us:

  • You have several years of experience in recruiting gained either with an agency or in-house.

  • You work diligently and are process-oriented, yet keep the needs of the customer as a priority.

  • You ideally have a robust network at your disposal.

  • You have a convincing personality in gaining an exclusive clientele of clients and candidates.

  • Business fluent spoken and written English skills are required.

  • You´re a nice person and the people team is looking forward to welcoming you :) .
