Creatively and strategically source top talent using boolean search methods in LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as additional recruiting platforms.

Create and maintain projects in LinkedIn Recruiter focused on target roles.

Craft and send compelling outbound messages to passive candidates within the aforementioned LinkedIn projects.

Partner with Senior Recruiters to understand priority roles, team dynamics, and continuously develop recruitment-oriented skills.

Proactively assess the North American job climate and market to aid Klarna in maintaining a competitive advantage.

Partner with Hiring Managers to identify the best talent.

Identify companies experiencing organizational changes and proactively capture that talent through project builds and messaging.

Conduct informational interviews with passive talent and keep a running bench of exceptional candidate pipelines.

Help identify job market trends based on candidate interactions.

1+ years of agency or in-house sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.

Comfortability navigating through LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights is preferred.

Background in a growing startup is preferred.
