The Enterprise Professional Service Team focuses on winning new customers and implementing Digital Factory SaaS solutions, based on NavVis' 3D laser scans and digital twin technology. We focus on large, global manufacturing clients, mainly in the automotive industry.

We're looking for a proactive team player who helps us expanding our automotive footprint, winning over further OEM and Tier1 clients. With the Solution Consultant being a new position in the NavVis Enterprise organization, you will get a lot of freedom to shape and develop this role.

Ideally bringing a background in both business/consulting and tech, you'll be working very closely with our enterprise sales team, co-leading the pre-sales, demoing and POC phase with new potential clients.
You will support our experienced account executives with the initial customer discovery to best understand their current challenges and you will own the customised demoing of our solution.

During the proof of concept (POC) phase you are managing the initial creation of a digital twin (3D scan of a customer factory) as well as the initial setup of our NavVis IVION solution. Together with our in-house industry experts you will be running value workshops at the customer to identify the most valuable use cases and a suitable business case for our clients.

You will work on:

  • Shape and develop the Enterprise Solution Consultancy approach at NavVis, with focus on the global automotive industry
  • Develop and continuously improve a thrilling customer demonstration of our Digital Factory Solution
  • Collaborate closely with our global Enterprise Account Management to win over new automotive customers
    • by supporting the initial discovery phase to identify the customers' challenges
    • by customer-specifically demoing our NavVis IVION Digital Factory solution
    • and by consulting our prospects on the most valuable industry use cases
  • Own and manage the early proof of concept phase with new potential customers
    • by organising and coordinating an initial 3D laser scan and set-up of our SaaS Digital Factory solution
    • by preparing and executing value workshops and follow-up use case discussions together with our in-house industry experts
    • and by supporting our customers with ROI and business case calculations
  • Closely working together with our industry experts to further improve our enterprise sales and POC approach 

You have:

  • A degree and excellent academic track record in a business or technical studies – a combination of business and tech is beneficial
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as Solution Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Pre-Sales Consultant or working in a similar position
    at a B2B software or SaaS company, a High Tech company, or Startup winning over large industrial clients
  • Experience and expertise in demoing software/SaaS solutions with close customer communication
  • Ideally domain knowledge in the Automotive industry on production planning as well as operations processes
  • Great communication across various disciplines and hierarchies as well as strong relationship-building skills
  • Business-fluency in English and German 
  • A "client-first" mindset and drive to go the extra mile
