In the Role of Senior Sales Manager Specialized Retail AT/CH, you are a vital element to deliver our growth ambition. You will be responsible to drive and deliver our local strategy to grow the foodspring footprint in the Specialized Retail universe and manage customers.

Currently our Specialized Retail Business is focused on Gyms/Fitness locations/CrossFit Boxes etc. We count on you to leverage our full growth potentials in these channels, identify further channel hunting grounds and design/deliver channel entries.

So, what can you expect to work on?

  • You are a real hunter with an owner’s mindset! You lead the Specialized Retail business in Austria & Switzerland, drive our growth agenda, manage and optimize our KPI delivery, connect & manage the whole b2b-relationship on Key Account level and engage with distribution & cooperation partners.

  • You are an allrounder who can manage key accounts, distribution partners & sales agencies, cooperation partners and central stakeholders.

  • Potential analysis, onsite presentation, and contract negotiation/closing fall under your key responsibilities.

  • You research and identify sales potential and independently win new customers - market observation and competitor analysis are part of your tasks.

  • You represent our company at events and fairs and organize promotional events.

  • You provide your precious support in the development of strategic cooperation’s & ensure internal alignment to deliver your business targets.

 

What you offer us:

  • You have min. 5 years of Sales experience, with proven track records in similar sales channels, people management / Field Force or Freelancer coordination, Key Account management, Business Development (is a plus).

  • You completed degree in economics, preferably with sales or marketing focus.

  • You have experience & connections in healthy food / sport & fitness industry / gastronomy sales and relevant sales channels is a must.

  • You have a great passion for fitness and healthy food and are interested in building long-term partnerships for our premium brand.

  • You are very communicative: you love approaching people, but you are also super organized, structured and have an analytical mindset.

  • You have a comprehensive wealth of experience in sales methods such as presentation, moderation, and negotiation methods.

  • You have a charismatic and powerful personality with experience in the brokerage of FMCG products.

  • You are already very reflective through exciting experiences in life and know your strengths and weaknesses well; you know how to motivate yourself.

  • You speak fluently German and English.
