Who you are:

You have a strong understanding of eCommerce and the desire to truly make a difference for the companies to which you sell. You have the ability to translate complex scenarios into simple solutions. You can sell and you love to do it. You know it’s a lot of work and hard earned success, but you never make excuses for not delivering results. You love the challenge and being responsible for your own success! Your resume will demonstrate a strong track record of performance. Willingness to work, and thrive, in a fast-paced and high-growth environment is a requirement. Simply put, we are looking for someone who is great at what they do. You have the skills to win in a highly competitive market. You’re motivated, competitive, and know how to get things done. You want your team to win. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and executing joint agreed business plans with partners or merchants to drive mutual growth and success 
  • Working closely with internal product and marketing teams at Klarna to drive enablement and lead generation activities 
  • Manage the full customer journey and life-cycle from prospecting to winning 
  • Challenge our merchants to deliver a smooother consumer experience 
  • Identifying new partnerships or business opportunities, pitch Klarna’s services and negotiate agreements 
  • Building great relationships both on an executive, as well as on an individual level 
  • Playing an important role in taking Klarna to the next level 

You should have:

  • 5+ years of experience selling to retail enterprise accounts 
  • Hunter mentality, and a genuine love of selling 
  • 3 + years of experience working in e-commerce or payments. 
  • Experience in Partnership Management, Account Management and Business Development 
  • Excellent results in B2B sales 
  • Experience from a high growth tech company is highly preferred
