Senior Sales Manager - France

Your Role:

  • You’ll build and drive a robust commercialization program for our Banking as a Service product range to acquire new partners and to ensure our revenue targets.
  • You partner with cross functional teams such as product, onboarding & project management and technical sales to deliver your sales and commercialization strategy while staying focused on the acquisition of new partners in France  .
  • Work with our business development team to proactively identify business opportunities and to build a strong market presence for this.
  • Articulate and quantify those opportunities appropriately and work closely with our engineering and product management teams to support the development of solutions, API end-points and products, which address those opportunities in a profitable way,
  • Act as a mentor for junior sales members and pro-actively share commercialization best practices across units,
  • Demonstrate your passion for transforming strategic intent with a sense of purpose and bring challenging cross-function efforts to life,
  • Focus your astute leadership skills into efforts that build a well-run, cohesive and effective team,
  • Act as the catalyst for getting an organizational dialog going that inspires, influences and motivates our teams. Driving collaboration among the teams is essential.

 Key Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor or Masters in Economics, Business Administration or Finance
  • You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity successfully
  • Your experience includes a strong sales enablement component in a consultative sales environment (building pipelines, execute on opportunities, manage growth and deliver numbers)
  • You have relevant prior experience in a customer-facing role with international customers ideally in either digital consulting or fintech
  • Background in either Banking as a Service/Digital Banking/Payments/Lending is highly preferred  
  • You are self-motivated and highly driven.
  • You value relationships and bring passion and energy to everything you do.
  • You can distill complexity and data down and make it easily digested. You love to tell stories backed by data.
  • You have great judgement and show grace under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, both in written and verbal communication
  • You write and speak fluent English and French; German is optional
