As a senior recruiter you will work on interesting responsibilities like contributing to the overall growth of our businesses in the Benelux region; identifying talent at all levels as well as contributing and leading global TA projects.

You’ll be collaborating closely with the hiring managers and local people business partners  to build out short term and long term recruitment strategies that align to our ambitious growth plans and directly own and continuously improve the end to end recruitment cycle.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL...

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs
  • Independently manage the end to end recruitment process 
  • Collaborate closely with other TA team members to define and execute recruitment best practices, enhancements and excellence 
  • Create and analyse recruitment dashboards and proactively share data-centric updates with the leadership team
  • Maintain clear and strong communication & collaboration at all levels
  • Continuously manage and seek ways to improve the candidate and hiring team experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Analytical and enjoy playing with data 
  • An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
